Exploring Environmental Justice in the Maya Forest Corridor: A Case Study on the Relationship Between Communities and Conservation in Central Belize.
This research was conducted for a Master’s Thesis by two students from University of Copenhagen in Denmark, Clara Hugosson & Michela Francesconi. They investigated the dynamics between local communities and conservation initiatives led by a coalition of multinational NGOs in the recently established Maya Forest Corridor.
