Part of the study abroad experience is the opportunity to taste and enjoy new food!


We provide a wide variety of local dishes from the Creole, Mestizo, Garifuna and Mayan cooking traditions, as well as international favorites. Our Kitchen Team understands how important it to enjoy your food and also leaving the table feeling nourished and satisfied.

We serve Buffet-Style, well-balanced meals with multiple food groups and healthy options (don’t worry, there’s always dessert!)
We take extra care of our students and faculty members who are vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, Dairy-free or have other dietary restrictions or allergies.

Advanced notice helps us to make sure nobody is hungry!

Our Kitchen Team provides packaged meals and snack packs for eating on the go, upon request. We even have the ability to provide a staffed “Camp Kitchen” for overnight remote adventures like a multiday Sibun River excursion.
